1. Payment Conditions

The full amount is payable prior to commencement of a tour, at the meeting point. In some programs - including (but not limited to) the Ice Hockey program - an advanced payment of 100% over specific expenses required to be done by the customer, by bank transfer. These payments will be considered valid upon confirmation. There is no possibility of refund whatsoever in these cases except if a cancelattion determined by Czech Fun Fan occurs.

5. Changes on Programs

The agency reserves its right to operate reasonable routes changes when this is imposed, to insure optimum comfort and well-being of the participants. Czech Fun Fan does not accept any liability arising out of changes to itineraries, or any other matters relating to any tour, due to factors outside its control.

Delays or changes within the tour schedule which can be attributed to special circumstances on which Czech Fun Fan has no influence and the consequences of which cannot be averted even with all due care do not represent a deficiency entitling to any reduction.

2. Cancellation

2.1. By the Customer
The customer is fully free to proceed with a cancelation of the agreed program at any moment.

2.2. By Czech Fun Fan
Although it rarely happens and we shall do our utmost to avoid doing so, we reserve the right to cancel tours and other arrangements.

3. Liability

Czech Fun Fan cannot be held liable for damages to property, if they are caused by your own negligence or actions or by not avertable negligence or actions of a third party not being involved in carrying out the contract or by force majeure or by any other not foreseeable or not avertable event.

4. Responsability

Participation in hikings, trekkings, group tours, expeditions, exploration of flora and wild fauna or any other form of touristic round organized by Czech Fun Fan might involve certain risks and dangers. Clients participating in tours or other activities organized by Czech Fun Fan do so at their own risk. While Czech Fun Fan takes every precaution to ensure the safety of clients, no responsibility can be accepted for any death, injury or loss that might occur to such clients, sustained from any causes whatsoever. These risks include but are not limited to the following situations:

• Trips on mountain terrain, rivers and forests;
• Travel by car, bus, mini-bus or any other means of transport;
• Accidents or sicknesses in isolated areas, with or without medical facilities with or without the possibility of evacuation against a cost;
• Accidents caused by natural hazards;
• Changes of itinerary due to causes independed from our will;
• Cancellation of tours or trips due to causes independent from our will.

Without limitation, Czech Fun Fan is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay, or inconvenience in connection with the provision of, or failure to provide, any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from - but not limited to - acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, mechanical or other failure of any means of transportation or for the failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time, sanitation problems, lack of medical care, or for any other cause beyond the direct control of Czech Fun Fan. Costs in respect of any accident or illness which, in the opinion of the authorities, requires medical attention, are the customer's liability.

Also, Czech Fun Fan as well as its owners, employees, contractors and associates don’t assume any responsibility for losses or personal damage due to circumstances, weather, fire, governmental or any other authorities actions, as well as in the case of war, strikes, terrorist actions, thefts, epidemics, quarantine situations, dangerous incidents on air, water or land, or any other actions and incidents which are out of the control area of the agency.

6. Insurance

At Czech Fun Fan you are not insured against accident or illness or covered by an insurance of any other kind. It is your own obligation to check on your insurance policy and if necessary take out any additional insurance for apropriate cover.

7. Inapropriate Individual Conditions

We reserve the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, in which event an equitable amount will be refunded. This may happen if a member of any tour reveals inapropriate behaviour, we reasonably believe a member of a tour is not duly prepared for the program -by physical contraints or lack of equipment - or by any other reason.

8. Special Requests

Any special requests (e.g. for a particular diet), must be notified in writing when the booking is made. Whilst we will endeavour to meet such requests they cannot be guaranteed and any failure to comply will not be a breach of contract.
